Consent:
Everyone who wishes to use our facilities must first read and sign our Terms of Agreement (rules are listed below). You must also submit a Parental Consent Form signed by an adult (parent or legal guardian) if you are under the age of 18.

Parents:
Graphix Gaming Center fully supports the ESRB Rating system and has the ability to enforce this system on a per-account basis. If you only want your child to be able to play games suitable for their age as defined by the ESRB, please let us know by filling out our Parental Consent Form, and we will enable this restriction on your child’s account. Please be aware that even if you choose to restrict the types of games your child may play, they may still be exposed to imagery on the computer screens and monitors around the game center that are beyond their rating. (Example: If you restrict your child to "E - For Everyone" they may still see imagery from other customers consoles/computers playing "M - Mature Audiences" games.) Graphix does not stock or allow "AO - Adults Only" games. Those who are under the age of 17 are not permitted in the center during regular school hours unless accompanied by their parent or guardian.

Graphix Gaming Center Rules

Management reserves the right to take appropriate action at their discretion no questions asked. Show RESPECT to those around you and do NOT abuse any of our property.

Clean up after yourself. You are allowed to drink at the computers as long as you use a coaster and you are careful. If you spill something please let us know. We won't yell, we just want to clean it up before it dries to a hard sticky mess! Please throw away your trash and don't leave your game station a mess. Mom is not here to clean up after you!

Please wash your hands after eating. This will keep our keyboards and mice working properly and your game playing more enjoyable. And please refrain from putting your smudge prints all over the monitor and TV screens!

If you are experiencing a problem ask a member of the staff for assistance (Do not try and fix it yourself)!!

Please take care of our equipment and furniture. Do not pound on our keyboards or mice! If you break it, you buy it. Please don’t disconnect any of our peripherals or mess with any of the wires. If you borrow one of our headsets, controllers, or game discs, please return the item(s) to the front counter before you leave. Your are financially responsible for the controllers, games, accessories that you borrow and use.

When arriving and leaving, please respect the other businesses in the area including their customers. From time to time we will take photos of our events or general game play to use in advertising, promotional materials or our website. By accepting these rules you permit the use and display of said photographs in any publication, multimedia production, display, advertisement or World-Wide Web Publication for Graphix Gaming Center. You also agree that Graphix Gaming Center may use your likeness and release and forever discharge Graphix Gaming Center, its employees from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of said photographs / images, including but not limited to, any claims for invasion of privacy or defamation.

Do not loiter (hang out), skateboard, or play ball anywhere outside the premises. This includes the front, side, and back, sidewalks and parking lot. The only time you should be outside is when you are arriving or leaving. Don’t litter, break stuff, or interfere with traffic. If you are waiting for a ride, please wait in a safe area.

Don't use obscene language or computer character names. Keep it clean!

Don’t crank the volume, show RESPECT to everyone else, Don't attempt to hack our machines or games. This includes downloading anything from the internet without our permission or attempting to install or update anything on our machines.

Don't use our machines to engage in any illegal or questionable activity. This includes trading pirated music, movies, warez and other copyrighted media. No online gambling.

Don’t park your skateboard or bicycle anywhere in front of the building. PARK IN THE BACK!!!

Pornography in any form is forbidden in our game center. This is a family place. 1st time you will be told to leave. No questions asked.

Illegal substances are not permitted in or near the premises. Only smokers aged 18 and over are allowed to smoke in the back of the building as long as you keep your butts off the ground!. Do not hang out back there no more than a few people at a time RESPECT the other businesses in the complex.

We've established these rules for the safety and comfort of all customers and to enhance the gaming experience for everyone. Period. We're not here to baby-sit you or your little brother. If you are under 17 we will treat you like an adult, until you prove us wrong. both the inside and outside premises.
