Graphix was designed with hosting parties or gatherings in mind and we pride ourselves on just that. We offer a few different types of party packages depending on the type of party, the size and age group. We have a large Private Party Room located in the rear of the facility which can be setup several different ways depending on your needs. If you have an idea for a party/event that you don't see here, we can create a custom package for whatever you have in mind.

Birthday Party Packages

When it comes to Birthday Parties, Graphix is second to none. Each Birthday Party comes with:

• Use of Private Party Room (table and chairs)
• 2 Slices of Pizza per person (from Pizza Hut)
• All paper products (plates, cups, utencils etc.)
• All setup and cleanup done by Graphix staff

Standard Birthday parties are 2.5 hours and up to (16) people may attend. This gives you and your party (2) hours of reserved time on all (6) Console Pods (Xbox 360 and PS3), the Wii Room, and (3) PCs. This includes access to all our games and accessories you can see here, and you can switch games at any time. During your party, we will be closed to the public giving your party exclusive access to all the excitement Graphix has to offer. Every guest at your party will have their own seat and no one will have to stand around and wait for a turn. This gives your child and their friends the chance to try it all! The remaining (.5) hour is reserved for the Pizza, cake etc in The Party Room. Our staff can also organize party events such as tournaments and multiplayer games upon request.

NEW! We have added a new experience to our birthday parties that truly make them the coolest around. For an extra 30 minutes of your party, you and your guests may play Xbox 360 or PS3 in our theatre on a 133" screen. It doesn't get any cooler than that!

Base Birthday Party Package: $225
Have us supply the pizza, drinks, plates, napkins, etc: +$50
Add 30 minutes in the Theatre: +$25
(B-Day Parties require (2) weeks notification and a $50 non-refundable deposit)

Adult Party and Event Packages

Graphix also hosts absolutely the most entertaining and exciting adult Birthday Parties, Corporate Events & Get-Togethers. We customize our activities and the layout to your individual party. We can either supply the food, drinks (alcohol is all "bring your own") & the setup or you may choose to do your own) In most cases we use the Full Facility and create some very unique and memorable events. For example for some of our prior events we have:

• Turned our "Party Room" into a Dance Floor (We have our own "club LED lighting," a fog machine & a Bose sound system which literally transforms the room into a small dance club in itself.
• Used the Home Theatre to show presentations to your friends, family or associates, for instance a DVD of family pictures put to music progressing from childhood to the present or a presentation of future corporate plans for the company including PowerPoints
• Organized a "skins" game of golf in our Home Theatre for a corporate outing. Using the Nintendo Wii game "Tiger Woods: Golf 2010" we would have individuals actually swinging a golf club controller in the theatre and 16 associates played a game of "skins."
• Organized a social event & Family Re-Union where your party goers would do a round robin of gaming and everyone would go to each "station" and play with a friend or family member on a different system (our staff would aide you in the operation of the controllers) There were tons of laughs here.

Private Party Packages

We can create a custom party / event package to meet any companies or individuals needs. Want a Private Party for friends or a Get-Together for your employees, we can do it. We can also divide up the center, for instance, if you would like to rent out just the console pods or a certain number of PC’s this is also available. (Contact management with your request and ideas and we will create a custom package just for you)

Full Facility Rental (FFR)

For the Ultimate Party, Event or Gathering, Graphix offers a Full Facility Rental for up to (40) people. When renting all of Graphix you get full access to all (25) of our PC’s, all (6) Console Pods, The Wii Room and yes, the Home Theatre. What better place to host your next get together?

Depending on the event, FFR can be tailored to your needs regarding the setup of the Private Party Room, length of the event, food & drink, and anything else you may need. When renting out the facility there are a few requirements:

• Must be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance
• A non-refundable deposit of $50

The Standard FFR parties are (3) hours and up to (40) people may attend. Depending on your individual needs food, drinks and setup / cleanup may be provided for an extra cost (contact management)
